What type of information do we collect?

To provide and operate The Show and the Services within it;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with regard to enquiries and inclusion in The Show provision;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to respond to any enquiries submitted via the website, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about The Show, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to comply with applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via any contact information submitted to us.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

Cookies are created and managed on the Wix platform, on which our website is built and hosted. All users of the website have the opportunity to control the management and use of cookies on their web browser via the Cookie Consent Banner.

Information contained within cookies is used to format the display of the website correctly to the access device being used, to store your consent settings for the use of cookies, system monitoring/debugging, for website security and for statistical analysis of the website functions, journeys and use.

All information submitted to ANY member of the Show Society, or person engaged in the work of providing the show, can be stored and utilised in any part of The Show. All Section Leads have made their commitment to take all reasonable steps to ensure any information submitted is stored, and treated, securely. If you have any concerns regarding information stored, or you wish to have your information removed from our records, please contact your Section Lead in the first instance. If you are unable to contact your Section Lead, please contact a Show Society member - information to be found in the CONTACT section of the website.
